This includes issues relating to bed frames, support structures, upholstery workmanship, stitching, and mattress manufacturing defects involving springs or foam materials. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty applies to manufacturing defects and structural faults only under normal domestic household use. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, neglect, improper handling, incorrect assembly, unauthorized repairs or modifications, commercial or rental use, cosmetic damage, or damage caused during transportation after delivery.
The warranty also excludes normal wear and tear, natural softening or settlement of mattress materials over time, changes in comfort preference, minor imperfections that do not affect product performance, stains, spills, burns, cuts, pet damage, water or moisture damage, mould, odours, or damage caused by failure to follow care and maintenance instructions.
For hygiene and safety reasons, mattresses that are stained, soiled, unsanitary, or damaged through misuse may void the warranty claim. Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is used with suitable support and on an appropriate base as recommended.
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by Caledonian Beds. Proof of purchase is required for all claims, and the warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Caledonian Beds reserves the right to repair, replace, or offer an alternative solution where appropriate.
