Welcome to Caledonian Beds. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Products

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, dimensions, and prices are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, fabric, stitching, or finish may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or handmade manufacturing processes.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details, measurements, and delivery information are correct before purchase.

3. Delivery

Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary depending on location, stock availability, weather, or courier delays.

Customers must ensure adequate access for delivery. Caledonian Beds is not responsible for failed deliveries due to restricted access, narrow staircases, incorrect measurements, or unavailable recipients.

4. Damages & Issues

Any damages or issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs provided.

Products showing signs of misuse, stains, spills, burns, pet damage, or accidental damage will not qualify for refunds, replacements, or warranty claims.

5. Returns & Refunds

For hygiene reasons, mattresses cannot be returned once opened or used unless faulty.

Custom-made or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless proven faulty.

Refunds will only be processed after inspection and approval.

6. Warranty

All products include a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects only. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, stains, or improper care.

7. Pricing

All prices displayed are in GBP (£). We reserve the right to change pricing or product specifications without prior notice.

8. Website Use

All website content, including images, logos, text, and designs, remains the property of Caledonian Beds and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Caledonian Beds shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website.
